Actos Consolidation

Currently, there are at least a dozen Actos lawsuits pending in federal court.  These are individual lawsuits that have not been consolidated.  At least two plaintiffs have moved to consolidate these cases into a single Multi-District Litigation, or "MDL," for the purposes of increasing the efficiency of the Actos lawsuits. 

According to the filing, there are at least 11 lawsuits pending in 8 different federal district courts throughout the United States involving individuals who developed bladder cancer after Actos use.
